The Camera

Single Lens Reflex Camera-allow the photographer to see the precise focus, color, framing, and brightness that will be recorded on film, because the viewfinder looks through the lens.
Parallax-when the viewfinder or viewing lens is separated from the taking lens.
Light Meter- is used to ensure accurate exposure of images.
Shutter Lag-is the delay between triggering the shutter and when the photograph is actually recorded.
Aperture-an opening, usually circular, that limits the quantity of light.
Shutter-a device that allows light to pass for a determined period of time.
Exposure-is the total amount of light allowed to fall on the photographic medium  during the process of taking a photograph
Depth of Field-is the portion of a scene that appears acceptably sharp in the image.
F-Stop- Focal Length
Focal Length-is a measure of how strongly the system converges or diverges light
